Published in the U.S. before 1923, it's out of copyright. I'm talking to a couple of guys who have worked on putting old Esperanto books through Project Gutenberg; one of them has volunteered to scan it, but wants better page images, if possible, than are in Rick's PDF file. We might put it through Distributed Proofreaders, but that might be too much overhead for an 18-page booklet.
