[LCS] Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws

Hello everyone.

Please see these two documents:

They are to be the core documents of the Language Creation Society
nonprofit corporation. I have customized them somewhat from the
template version, and consider them a final draft thereof.

All members of all conlang communities and others interested in
conlangs will be strongly encouraged to join as members of the LCS. If
you have any comments or suggestions for revision of these documents,
please make them now. I will be starting the formal incorporation
process in the near future, after which point changes to these
documents become rather more difficult to make.

FYI, the Board of Directors is not finalized, as several people have
yet to respond. If you know anybody who would be an appropriate choice
(i.e. interested in the purposes of this corporation as stated in the
articles of incorporation, willing to help run it, and preferably a
strong presence or organizer in any of the conlanging communities),
please encourage them to send me an email volunteering to be on the
Board. We would especially like to have on board official
representatives of the other corporations and communities that make up
the larger conlanging community, e.g. KLI, ELF, Esperanto, etc.
