Nice to hear that! :-) I also love active case marking, but it makes
it so complicated to get things consistent.

E.g. one example I came up last week-end: in the sentence:
   `The sun is shining.'

Is the sun in control?  What about

   `The moon is shining.'
??

To be (overly?) correct, I decided that the sun is agent, but the moon
is patient. :-)
