Only if the speakers of the language know about the correct
relationship sunlight and moonlight. Valdyans wouldn't, for instance;
in their perception the sun and the moon are lights put in the sky by
the gods. They use the same verb for "put out light of its own so
that it illuminates something" and "reflect light so that it
illuminates something" anyway.
