Well, I *could* describe it using terms from our own universe, but often,
such terms carry connotations that simply do not hold in the Ebisedian
conworld. Jesse Bangs did point out that by only describing the phenomena
and skipping over the con-physics of it, it's just a seemingly random list
of "weird phenomena" which isn't very helpful. I should post my reply to
his email somewhere soon; it delves a bit into the alternate physics that
operates in Ferochromon.
(I'm tempted to get into the physics of some of the things here, but I
think it's better for me just to post this on the Web somewhere. :-P)
