I remember a game thread at the ZBB that attempted to analyze the structure
and meaning of a block of text that was produced by another game in which
people took turns modifying by one or two graphemes the text of the original
post.

I think someone went on to develop the result into a conlang, but I'm pretty
sure the thread has been pruned by now.

It was a fun collaboration project.
