Some more universal violations:
Swedish disbeys #2. (You can, with good justification, argue that the -s
genitive is nowadays an enclitic, but I'll refuse to take seriously any
analysis that says that _Jesu_ is formed from _Jesus_ by adding a clitic!)
Hm, Tairezazh violates #23 too. But that's one of the "much better than chance
frequency" ones, so I don't much care. And #39, if only in the genitive plural
(is is a "almost always" one). As said, it defies 40, which is apparently an
absolute one.
Meghean is pushing the line on #25. Both nominal and pronominal objects
usually follows the verb, but only nominal ones can be fronted.
Steienzh defies #2, and 27.
Kalini Sapak defies #2, and 32.
Searixina and Telendlest defy #2, and likely some more, since they're not very
well developed yet!
