That was my goal. ~:D I'm working on the next three parts now. By the
way, I really loved ea-luna (I visited your website some time ago), and that
was one of the seeds that bloomed into the idea of creating a Polynesian-like
language.
Also, I don't think the words are up there yet, but "kamakawi" means
"rainbow", from "kama", which is the verb for "to paint, to color, to ink
in", and the word "kawi", which is "cloud". But the real place where the
word came from is the first part of the last name of the late Israel
Kamakawiwo'ole, who plays some wonderful Hawaiian music. He's probably best
known for the cover of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" he did which appeared in
the movies Finding Forrester and Meet Joe Black.

Much thanks. :) You know, I think the reason I kept mentioning where
the stress was was because I kept having issues on where the stress should
be... I figured if I wrote it down so blatantly so much I wouldn't be able
to change it... I think I resolved on what I did by saying that it wasn't
moras or anything that determined the stress, but the stress determining
which forms the morphemes took--specifically whether /i/ and /u/ surfaced as
[i] and [u] or [j] and [w]. But yeah, Part 3 should be done by Sunday. Hee,
hee, hee... This is fun. :)
