My email program has no problem with accents and n-tildes, but hacek'd
letters seem to bother it.  My previous email program balked at anything
beyond the basic keyboard characters, but that one was hopelessly
antiquated.  I generally try and avoid diacritics when I post bits of
Tokana on the list, but other people use lots of diacritics and nobody
seems to complain...

Fricatives becoming stops after nasals has a very Austronesian feel
to me, perhaps because Malagasy does this.  I can see the Malay influence
on your work, even though, as you say, the final product is not very
Malay-like.
