Exactly. That's what my father achieved by forbidding
conlanging and fantasy literature! :)

However, I did get reading restrictions, which did turn into a forbidden
fruit. I was also told repeatedly to "ve afuera a jugar"( which I don't
mind ) and "cultiva tus amistades"(nice imagery there)
