    Hey, the old garlic festival!  I'm not sure of the city, but I can ask my
girlfriend--she has a friend from there.  It's somewhere in Northern
California...  Not Vacaville, but...  Can't remember.  I'll ask and get back
to everyone.  After all, this is garlic; it concerns us all.
