Well, two reasons why:
1) As I work my way through it, people either get bored and stop
responding (which has happened before) or I get so many alternate opinions
I get lost and confused and can't get where I intended to go.
2) I'm rather terrified of looking as stupid as I feel, especially since
I've been here on the list for, oh, about 6 years now.
I think it would work much better to have just one person help with the
majority of stuff, someone who won't mind when i flip flop all over trying
to get it to work right. After that's settled down, then I'll bring it to
the list for comments again.
Don't get me wrong, Dirk (et alii) has been _extremely_ helpful in
explaining what's going wrong. I just need to work out how to fix the
phonology to what I know the orthography should look like.
