Just read the guidelines. Somehow, :) I balk at sending the Officer of the High Commissioner for Human Rights at the United Nations a translation in Teonaht, especially since they require you also to name not only the language but the countries in which it is "spoken." Are you required to say that it is an imaginary language? How many of you conlangers are going to do this, really? Can you imagine? Dozens of unheard of languages pouring in from the US, UK, the Netherlands, Argentina... it might be rather wonderful. I don't know if I have the chutzpah. How conlanging has changed since Tolkien's time!
