Still awaiting X-Sampa advice

Siyo!
Still awaiting to hear from someone as to where I can
learn this on the Web.  Also, I'm considering a
restructuring of my grammar, while I'm still early in
the game.  I'm thinking that a more agglutinating
structure will be more consistent (for example, what
are presently acting roughly like postpositional
phrases would be treated as adverbs, and, as adverbs
are treated now, agglutinate within the verb).
