I usualy draw my acutes bottom to top. The drawing is usually left to right
for either acutes, graves, breves, circunflexes, tildes, macrons, etc.
Vertical strokes would be top to bottom, as I sometimes did my umlauds;
rings, like o-es are couterclockwise from the top.
