    The Emmists agree with you.  (Emmists being followers of a religion in
some of my concultures.)  For them each day of the week corresponds to a
color:

Monday      white
Tuesday     red
Wednesday   green
Thursday    purple
Friday      blue
Saturday    orange
Sunday      yellow

    As for myself, the only synaesthesia related phenomenon I can think of
is a definite sense that odd integers are male and even ones female.
