Er...except things like "puer" and "ager"?  And even when it's used, only
in the singular?  Beats me--but Wheelock's Latin 7th ed. leaves out the
vocative in paradigms for everything after 2nd declension because you're
expected to know it's just like the nominative.  <shrug>
