You need to check out The Indo-European Database at:
http://www.geocities.com/indoeurop/main10.html
It has a mind-blowing grammar of Common Slavic. Look under "Old
Church Slavic." In addition there's plenty of information to get
you started on any other IE language.
For non-IE languages (and IE languages too) I can suggest the
Rosetta Project at:
www.rosettaproject.org
They have scans of various works on phonology, grammar, general
descriptions, glosses, Swadesh lists, etc. for many many languages.
