Well, if you want Russian I'd recommend (as a native speaker) http://www.departments.bucknell.edu/russian/language/index.html In-depth comparative treatment of Russian, Macedonian, Polish, and Czech is available here http://www.seelrc.org/grammars/ Great treatment of Czech cases is aso to be got at http://www.seelrc.org/casebooks/ Not all Slavic language are alike, however.
