ah.. I analyzed "o (A) o (B)" as "(A) but (B)" and "e (A) e (B)" as "(A) and (B)". I'm not sure about how much difference there is between "(A) but (B)" and "although (A), (but?) (B)". Emphasis, I guess. OTOH, maybe "e (A) e (B)" could be translated as "both (A) and (B)"? René
