I only have the "Teach Yourself" Dutch dictionary, which alphabetizes =
"ij"
between "ie" and "ik". I have a Kurdish dictionary that puts "x" after =
"h",
and "q" after "k", and a Lithuanian dictionary that alphabetizes "i" and
"y" as different versions of the same letter.
