Idiom Neutral

Hello,

I am interested in the language Idiom Neutral of Waldemar Rosenberger from
1902. Does any one know if a dictionary of it is available on Internet and
if where?

I  found only some brief descriptions of the language, which are either
based on Wikipedia or on the founding works of other classic auxlangs which
give an overview about Idiom Neutral.
