No--in fact, the difference is extremely striking. It's not only a small
breath, but actually a different *quality* of voicing, which is why it's
called "breathy voiced"--the vocal cords are actually held in a different
way than for ordinary voicing. I recommend finding some tapes (or speakers)
of Hindi, as it's hard to imagine what this sounds like without an example.
