All. After all, it'd look pretty funny to say First Month, February,
Third Month, April, Fifth Month, Sixth Month, Seventh Month or July,
Eighth Month or August, September, October, November, December.
Whether you allow July and August depends on how seriously you take
the Roman Senate's posthumous deification of Julius and Augustus Caesar.
Furthermore, in a language where September - December are more obviously
tied to the numbers 7 to 10 (the calendar once started with March),
the mixture of number names and inherited names would be *really* confusing.
