I like using , ' for stress -- it looks similar to IPA and it's also
the convention used in (Kirshenbaum) ASCII IPA. X-SAMPA % " looks
ugly, IMO. I think that CXS could stand to borrow this convention from
ASCII IPA the way it did &.
