The nice thing about PDF's is it preserves the typefaces, graphics and
formatting in tact. HTML will have to rely on the presence of the correct
fonts on the client computer, and depending on the browser used and
individual settings, you may lose some formatting too. The HTML will be
smaller, but don't forget all the embedded graphics.
I'm not sure about any software to convert, but I'd bet the full ($) version
of Acrobat probably has that ability because I do remember it having the
ability to export to a .DOC so it's likely to do HTML as well. If not, then
you can save export the .DOC to HTML from Word.
