No, that isn't it. The toy I'm thinking of would create new words, not
simply reshuffle them, and you could enter your own text. (For
example, something from your conlang.) I've been looking for it, but I
just can't find it.
It could be that it was removed from the web, but I hope not, because
it was fun.
