I just checked-- Amazon has it for US$23.95, but notes that it takes 4-6
weeks, and _may_ be out of print (they're sellling a reprint ed. of 1992)
I have an old, but fairly clear Xerox of it-- about 100 8.5X11 sheets with 2
pages of text per sheet. I don't know what places like Kinko's charge these
days, but I could look into it. $0.10/page sticks in my mind. How many
people would want one? Maybe they'd offer a bulk rate........
