I think it sums up, in a general swoop, all the things you can say
about such a government, doesn't it?

A rock band here in Argentina, _Divididos_, used the word
_cleptocracia_ (kleptocracy) in one song. Very interesting
too (it referred to our own governments, of course -- past
and present). Also used around here: _dedocracia_ (fingercracy)
-- i. e. when one or some influential people just pick up those
they know and give them positions in their administration.

Who would guess ancient Greek would be still so productive
(transitively)? :)
