Sure it does (citing literary forms of 'am')
amdanaf i amdanon ni
amdanat ti amdanoch chi
amdano ef (m.) amdanynt hwy
amdani hi (f.)
The only one that is only partly conjugable is 'i':
i mi i ni
i ti i chi
iddo ef iddynt hwy
iddi hi
So do Breton, Cornish, Scottish and Manx Gaelic, of course.
