21 centuries from now WILL be in the 4th millennium, unless you meant
"21st-22nd century"

I agree. Human nature is human nature. AFAICT, no natural languages
are any more "mathematical" than any others, despite vast differences in
the technological level of the speakers. Therefore, I seriously doubt
that further technological/scientific growth would change that.
