Well, human nature does evolve over such long spans of time as thousands
of years. It doesn't follow from an equality of natlangs in mathematical
sophistication that advances will not take place across the board.
Technological/scientific growth need not be entirely cultural, but can
be a manifestion of changed human nature.
BTW, I couldn't find Terra-Novan on your website, is it up there yet?
