Whether we can or not is TBD. I would greatly appreciate suggestions
for services, software, etc.
I think it'd be a very neat way to supplement a meatspace conference,
so that people who can't attend in person can still participate. At
LCC2 we had both a live audio webcast and IRC chat, but
videoconferencing would be better if possible.
Timezones are of course always an issue, but you can expect that it'll
probably be 9-5 wherever it is; that's currently most likely EST.
Subideal for you Europeans, but hey, staying up late one weekend isn't
so bad for a cost of cross-Atlantic admission eh? ;-)

Alex is the person to contact for the LCC1 vids; see the link he gave.
LCC2 vids are all ripped now and undergoing editing. Will hopefully be
released together with LCC1 vids and (long!) LCC1 interviews I did
that haven't been released at all yet (w/ Sally Caves, John Clifford,
Matt Pearson, David Peterson, & Sylvia Sotomayor).

All on the website, under 'supplements'.
Hopefully we may be publishing a proceedings (eventually...), but
that's pending various things getting worked out first.

That too is possible.
I'd been considering making another group buy... might as well do it.
:) See new post.
