Sorry about the late reply; I've been not-so-well lately....

You asked about Ubykh. It only became extinct a few years ago; the last speaker
lived in Istanbul. I don't think there's very much on the language, at least on
the internet.

need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view it).

I'll keep an eye out for anything else.
