Hmm ... I use /iTr=/ for the anesthetic, and /EDr=/ for "outer space".
Come to think about it, I believe I heard /iTr=/ before I saw it in
writing, and the other way around for "outer space". As for "mathom", I
always read it as /m&Dm=/.
