New Kura snapshot

I've finished the basic porting of Kura to Qt 2.2.1, PyQt 2.2, MySQL
3.23.27, MySQLdb 03 and Python 2.0, so I've put up a new snapshot of
Kura at: http://www.valdyas.org/linguistics/index.html.

If you are in for a challenge and have a C compiler for Windows, then
Kura might even work under Windows, now. I don't support it - mainly
because I _don't_ have a Windows C compiler.

The one thing that's got lost in the move has been the interlinear
text editor. I hope to be able to come up with a new version soon,
after I finish the lexicon editor.
