I think it was Clinton Stringham-Moreland who was supposed to be collecting
those,
but I might have archived it myself. I have a whole barn of archived posts
under
headings in my PINE account (which I had to stop adding to because the
Frontier
People were nattering at me), so I can look for it there. But always keep
important
posts!
I see you've got a webpage... I'll have to modify my conlang homepage and
make
a link for you. You might be amused to know that someone who came upon my
page outside of this list was taken aback by the name of your conlang...
since it
was their surname. Vranian. They wanted to know why they had never heard
of
this language before, and what was their own relationship to it? ;-) I
think they
were Hungarian... I can't remember now. ??
BTW, your "Proletariats of the world, unite!" was a translation exercise
that obviously
I missed. The Teonim would dearly love to contribute their version of it:
Ha hplemmystan ilid takrem, mrelmmantef!
O peoples of the earth, come together!
Ha fleh-MEES-tahn il-id TAH-krem, mrel-MAHN-teff!
(Hp because it's vocative; -f is imperative suffix)
"People" can be expressed by _imralin_, "souls," but _plemmysta_ means
people united
in a single culture. T. doesn't have a word expressing precisely
proletariat, "the common
people," but I imagine I'll have to invent one someday.
So would you please add that to your webpage of uglossias? ;-)
Thanks!
