Relative Clauses (I'm back yet again!)

Hey guys, I'm back after a long absence, and happy to be back!

I need some clarification on what exactly a relative clause is. It seems
simple, but every time I try to implement it in my language (using a
introduction particle) it doesnt seem to work right, like a conjunction
could do the same job with less grief.
