Well, for the final project I'm hoping for, it would be a 'fairly' universal algorythim instead of one language. As someone else said though, such a project would simply be relexification. Attaching new words to a Terran dictionary. But that's more or less what I'm looking for. However I don't want it to spit out just random words but rather a complete, *Pronouncable* relexification language.

Now if we could develop something a little more universal, then we'd have what I'm trying to do. Or close toit anyways.
