Interesting. I was not aware that there was any dialect of English that allowed contractions to occur at the end of a sentence. I'd've said "You wouldn't've gone if he did, would you?", "... would you have?" also sounds okay, altho I probably wouldn't say it, but "... would you've?" just sounds bizarre and incomplete.
