Urianian has inherited quite a few bird sounds from IE:
For example, ducks go: "e", crows and similar "gir, gar, girk, grig,
grag, grog", gulls and similar "kav".
Other:
kev - the quack of a frog
rim - the snarl of weasels and similar small and fierce animals
ra, re - a growl as of a bear
cil - the squeaking of mice and other small animals
Suraetu (Gaajan) is sadly lacking in this field. I suppose I shall
have to invent some, as I can't find anything in the NEC roots I have.
