`c' rare for /S/? Both my lang târuven and big old Lojban does that.
(`j' is used for /Z/ in both btw.) `q' for /N/ is both in t. and the
conlang Ceqli, http://www.geocities.com/Athens/Acropolis/7429/. The
latter uses `x' for /S/, now that's cool.
The use of eth is something, though :)
