How to recite the works of Shakespeare in 2.5 minutes

I'm full of wild ideas this morning. Part of the spirit of Tech
"compression" (I did an experiment with Spanish pronunciation earlier in
that vein) is to be able to say as much as possible in as little time as
possible.

Since we've been talking about deaf communication and sign language, I
thought of also incorporating gestures *with* speech, so as to even shorten
the time needed to say something. The grammatical affix for "you" would be
replaced with pointing to the speaker, for example. But it's more
complicated than that.

Is there possibly any type of "Proto-Sign Language", perhaps?

~Danny~ (wondering about the alleged "secret dialect" of Tech spoken in
Afghanistan with 700 consonants and three vowels)
