Those well wishes were offered because a sneeze was thought to be the
sign of an incipient illness. I guess the cough means you've already
got the illness so why bother to wish well. :-)
There are no Senjecan equivalents because the Senjecans know that
sneezing is not symptomatic of an illness. It, like other bodily
noises, is politely ignored.
