Not my conlang as such, but in Klingon, you have the verbal suffix
{-be'}, which negates whatever immediately precedes it. So, together
with the type-2 verbal suffix {-nIS} "to need", you have:
bImejnIS
you.leave.need
You must go/You have to go
bImejnISbe'
you.leave.need.not
You don't have to go
bImejbe'nIS
you.leave.not.need
You must not go.
