Lindiga doesn't have nearly enough animal names yet. Here's a list for

U: ugolhku "chameleon"
L: lesta "badger"
M: mravna "woodchuck, marmot"
N: nuumu "owl"
T: tegla "swallow"
V: var "crow, raven"
Y: (none that I can find; very few Tirelat words begin with y)
D: dev "rabbit"
H: hazaar "deer"
O: ooki "guinea pig"
E: eriva "mountain beaver"
ZH: zhiil "fox"
Z: zilva "gerbil"
G: gur "dove, pigeon"
J: jaljka "eagle"
S: stelhka "spider"

That'd be an interesting project once I get started on my new Zireen
languages. It's hard enough to find references for drawing animals other
than a few common ones like horses and dogs. Figuring out how to draw
realistic alien animals would be even harder, but a children's book could
use uncomplicated language and stylized drawings.
