My first name's not terribly common or terribly
uncommon, but last year at my residence I was involved
in quite a striking name coincidence: Not only was
there another Rachel, but she also had the same last
initial as me, AND the same middle initial, so there
were two "Rachel J. K."'s there. In addition, there
were a brother and sister I had never met who shared
my last name of Klippenstein, so my last name was not
unique either. (It turned out that they were my 4th
cousins. Klippenstein is an uncommon enough name that
anyone who has it is probably related to me.)
Rachel J. Klippenstein
