There is, narrowly, |har-ta-ak-ga-aš|, (it might be ha-ar- instead of
har-, I cant find a solid source to check) which could AIUI just as easily
be trying for /hartkas/ or something like it. How many times is this word
attested?

As far as I can find, the only form requiring a *dheg^hom- is also
Hittite: |te-(e-)kan|, |tak-na-(a-)aš| gen. I understand it is unique in
its *dheg^hm= / *dhg^hm- treatment of this root.

I wouldnt say they are single phonemes any more than *sn- or *ghr- or *mr-
are. But they are basic clusters that dont get broken up by the
morphology (or at least become so after Anatolian breaks off) which is
slightly unusual as most (all?) other such clusters include sonorants.
