to meet offline those who one has first got to know online: a group of quasiautistic introverts unblessed with great effusions of garrulity may very well interact most satisfactorily and stimulatingly online, yet find it heavy going if they come face to face. Hence when Isaac implied that he was surprised by the success of his meeting with Basileus, I felt I understood where he was coming from. Actually, the meeting was interesting and quite successful, but I admit that I suffer a kind of aftereffect/hangover - to much information was processed in a too short period. It really presses the autistic button by stirring up your brain. ========= Paul Bennett wrote:

Great! Basilius said that the only other conlanger he met IRL was Fabian!

We visited Petrivka book market, the largest in CIS. I bought "A Practical Chinese Grammar for Foreigners" in the used book section for only 10Hr (ca. $2)! -- Yitz
