I'm gratified to figure in one of your cherished memories! IIRC that was my first conlangconlet. Very agreeable though I found my companions to be, and high in my regard though they remain, I would nevertheless say that in my experience it can be quite taxing to meet offline those who one has first got to know online: a group of quasiautistic introverts unblessed with great effusions of garrulity may very well interact most satisfactorily and stimulatingly online, yet find it heavy going if they come face to face. Hence when Isaac implied that he was surprised by the success of his meeting with Basileus, I felt I understood where he was coming from. --And.
